I had attended interview in Pratian Technologies. Company is good. Unfortunately i didn't clear in 3rd round.
But i have those few questions, I request you to post them in CrackMNC, I hope that may help for some guys to clear rounds easily.

1st round - Written Test(very Easy)
Total 12 Questions(5 aptitude and 7 write given program output)
Few are,
Train of 150m passes a pole in 50 sec, how much 180m train takes time.
which two Numbers are greatest
some incremental operator based program

2nd Round - Write the programs for the following series.

3rd Round - Live Programming on Eclipse - 90 Min

Question- Eight Queens Prob,

1. Write a function isBlackSquare to draw a color black as in chess board.
2. write a code for getRow(intCellId)
3. write a code for getColumn(intCellId)
4. write a code for function is ValidPostion where the placedQueens[][]array is boolean type with the CellID and update the numQueens.

4th Round - HR Round.
