#Capgemini Interview Process, Online Testing and all process!
Capgemini online test pattern and the syllabus is provided here so that you have a great possibility of cracking the interview.
Selection Criteria:
Number of rounds and the interview process in Capgemini are:
1. Written Test:
There are 3 sections in Capgemini written test or online test.
The total duration of the test will be 90 mins, and 0.25 negative marks for each incorrect answer. Time won’t be sufficient, so you need to answer questions very fast and with caution because of negative markings.
Note: The number of questions in each section may change, this is just estimated numbers based upon the previous Capgemini test pattern.
Quantitative Aptitude
This section consists of 25 questions. Most of the questions will be asked from the below topics:

Technical rounds usually start with introduction, family, education and project related questions. Some of the technical questions which are asked in round are:
- The difference between C and C++.
- Does Java support pointers?
- Basics of Java, C & C++, and simple programming code or logic.
- Basic networking questions(TCP/IP, OSI Model)
- Data Structures and Search Algorithm.
- SQL and database(like DBMS, basic SQL queries etc.)
4. HR Interview:
HR interview is easy, you simply need to concentrate on your communications and English skills. Be patience and reply every questions with smile and confidence. Some of the questions asked in the interview discussion are:
- Tell me something about yourself? or Introduce yourself.
- Do you have any offer from other companies?
- About your project & what you have contribute to the project
- Willing to relocate?
- Do you have any questions?
