Eligibility :
- Candidate should be BE/B Tech/M Sc/MCA from a recognised university.
- Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
- Graduates of 2015 & 2016 passed outs only can apply
- Must be able to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
- Must have proficient knowledge in Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
- Should also have proficient knowledge in Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options.
- Should have good troubleshooting and problem skills.
- Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
- Should be involved in Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to IBM Internal End
- Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP.
- Must require to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
- Should be flexible to work in any of the office location.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have good customer relationship skills.
- Must be able to provide Technical support, Customer Service, Health Care, phone banking and many other services in the company to serve customers.
