Tech Mahindra selection process is based on following rounds.

First Round: Online Test

Second Round: The Story (Essay) Writing Round)


Third Round: Technical & HR


Tech Mahindra Online Test Round:
Total Questions:75 Total Time: 50 Minutes

English Language General Articles, Prepositions etc 15-20
Reading Comprehension - 4-5
Quantitative Aptitude Number Series, Time and Work, Ages, Ratios, Percentages, SI, CI, Averages etc 11
Logical reasoning Seating arrangements, Blood Relations, Odd Man Out etc 15-21
Logical Reasoning-Paragraph Jumble Sentences 3-4
Non-verbal Reasoning – Images & Figures Missing Images, IS AS Image Questions, Pattern Recognition etc 5

Tech Mahindra The Story (Essay) Writing Round
This Round have (story writing) only one topic and the total time duration is 15 minutes.This section also conducted in online.In this section, the candidate is given a picture, and he/she needs to write a story describing it.The candidate is shown a picture and he/she is asked to write an essay describing the picture within a character limit of 1,200 characters (including spaces), which comes up to 200 words approximately. This question is asked in order to test the literary skills of the candidate with reference to grammar, spellings, and punctuation. The result of this test will declare if the candidate is eligible for the job role, or not

Tech Mahindra Technical & HR Round:
In this round questions are based on HR Person.
