We have immediate requirement for HR Recruiter/Team Leaders/Manager’s/Coordinators at Avalon.

HR Recruiter – 60 Positions open (Salary 15k Per Month to 25k Per Month)


Team Leader – 5 Positions open (Hike on last Drawn)


Manager – 2 Positions open (open for discussion if candidate is very good)


Client Coordinator – 10 Positions open (Hike on last Drawn)

PLEASE NOTE: WE SERVE ONLY BPO/KPO AND CALL CENTER CLIENTS.

Positions are open only for ITES (BPO/KPO/CALL CENTER) hiring.
We do not have openings for IT Recruiters.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, screening & validation of profiles for ITES vertical
• Calling and lining up candidates for interview & follow up.
• Candidates are involved in end to end recruitment.
• Understanding client’s requirements
• Generating leads through reference.
• Having telephonic discussion with candidates and evaluating their communication skills.
• Interview scheduling, follow up and co-ordination with clients.

Skills required:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills
• Attentive listener
• Confident while communicating
