Responsibilities :

• As a recruiter, one will be involved in identifying talent for the clients openings.
• One will be responsible for End to End Recruitment- Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Client follow-ups, Offer process and Onboarding.
• Pursue Contract Staffing
• Think out of the box to come up with new and creative ways of hiring.
• Explore the job market and build a quality pool of candidates
• Understand the industry and Business
• Work closely with the Account Managers and assist them in meeting Client Hiring needs.
