#WALKIN_ALERT :- Concur Technologies hiring for SQL /ORACLE Support profile
Walk-in Drive for Freshers on 8th NOV | Timings :2 pm to 5 pm
CRITERIA :- 2015 & 2016 batch
*Bachelors degree/BE/B-Tech or relevant.
*Strong Knowledge on SQL/Oracle databases.
*Knowledge in production support filed with ITIL concepts
Role : Production Support
In the first 12 months you will deliver:
*Monitor the production errors and report/fix them before impacting clients and maintain client satisfaction.
*Work on deployments, monitor vendor changes that impact CONCUR products, communicate information to respective teams for resolution with research data.
*Manage the daily workload based on priorities and Maintain SLA's to provide quality services to end users.
*Coordinate with Application Development Team to successfully deploy software releases in Production environments.
*Meet the assigned goals and KPIs, Maintain the Maturity Model process to achieve the set targets and record knowledge base documents.
*Work on ITIL concepts like (Incident management, Change management and Problem management)
*Work on automating manual process and learn new products and provide support as per organizations need.
*Provide 247 operational support on holidays and weekends.
In order to accomplish this you will need to:
*Solid production support knowledge with ITIL background (Incident/Change/Problem Management).
*Knowledge of SQL and Operating system
Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills.
*Good communication skills.
*GDS knowledge is added advantage.
*Experience working on software deployments, database maintenances, migrations and upgrades.
