System Engineer / Sr. System Engineer: Any graduate with 4+years experience in administration / Troubleshooting of Windows Servers (2003, 2008 2012 ), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Knowledge on scripting, Automation tools, Back up data using Commvault galaxy tool, Vmware Citrix Xen app 6.5. Certification on relevant technologies is a must.
Service Desk Engineer / Sr. Service Desk Engineer: Any graduate with 4+ years experience in server / desktop support and troubleshooting. Administrative knowledge of desktop and server operating systems. Knowledge of Virtualization technologies like VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V. Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools.
