We are having opening for the role of Data Analyst. Please find below the job description and the skills required.

Job role: -
The role of the data analyst is to identify opportunities in business intelligence vertical in terms of developing online real-time reporting. The incumbent is expected to create an online reporting structure using the known web elements as an user interface with database relations.

Job Responsibility: - 
Contribute to the company vision of being the industry leader through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork
Develop and maintain a comprehensive databank, using RDBMS to enable intelligence on call volume, AHT & shrinkage trends for contact centers
Coordinate and facilitate collaboration with customer care leadership, operations, finance, information technology, outsource partners and others to provision process improvement & performance stability
Provision on the go data with analytical insights to management and product owners in support of future strategic initiatives
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Work Experience: 0-2 years

Education Qualification: Any Graduate

Technical Skills Required: -
Proficiency in ASP.NET framework
Proficiency in SQL query runs using web forms
Proficiency in CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, PHP
Other Mandatory requirement: -
Candidate should be open to work in 24x7 environment
Should be open to work in continuous Night shift
Should be able to join immediately
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently
