Analyze various Management oversight reports and derive Metrics Able to impart trainings Should be able to create presentations per need basis Job also entrusts with the task of overseeing the customer complaints / defects and assisting in coordinating to and assign and track them to closure. Candidate should be open to analyze the issues and learn on product functionality. Should be able to perform verification / testing on application per documented requirements
Technical Knowledge, Experience and Skills Requirements:
Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Around 0 to 2 years of experience working in customer support, preferable banking application Process understanding: SDLC and Agile Scrum. Should be able to independently understand the requirement and work on creating presentations, Metrics. Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills are required. Ability to multi-task and be flexible with priorities
Advance working with Microsoft Office products required.
