Job Description:
Skills Mandatory: 
Fluency In English Communications Skills (both spoken and written)

Optional: 

• Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and Troubleshooting (for exp resource)
• Browser Support – Internet Explorer Strong computer skills required
• Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN (for Exp)
• Should be flexible in timing – Rotational Shift Excellent customer service orientation.
• Cab facility available only for Night Shift.

• 3. Project Manager Round
