Sharing my experience #HCL_INFRA profile..
I attended the drive on December 2016.
Round1:
Its verbal(grammar test).. questions were from synonyms and antonyms, tenses etc.. try to attend all the questions.. no negative marking.. this is the first bulk rejection round.. difficulty level is easy to medium..
Round2:
Its like GD.. a group of 15 to 20 people will be there.. its a very simple round.. they will ask you to talk about yourself or give some topics.. be confident while speaking.. your attitude and accent matters.. this is also a bulk rejection round .. they will select max of 4 ppl from a group.. depends on the HR..
Round3:
TR.. be prepared with your resume and basic networking questions.. thats it you can easily crack it..
Final one is HR.:
Just a formal discussion like tell me about yourself, are you ok with shifts, are you ok with relocation and all.. thats it..
