Kindly find the below details:

Position: Analyst

Experience: 0-1 years

Qualification: B.Com / MBA(Finance)(2014 to 2016 passout only)
50% and above in 10th, 12th, B.Com and MBA, no year gap in education and experience if any
Overall Role Description : The AP (Accounts Payable) Analyst will be responsible to enter AP invoices in system for Dassault Systemes (DS) in compliance with the applicable procedure.

Responsibilities:
Indexing

• o Understand the invoice, apply Geo specific rules
• o Enter details like number, date, description, amount, currency in Simple Index
• Compliance
• o Identify non-compliant/duplicate invoices and take appropriate actions: further escalation if required
• o Verify the vendor and all required details like bank, swift, BACHS, bank account number.
• o Track pending invoices on a daily basis to clear the backlog
• Knowledge capitalization
• o Capitalize knowledge and share it with the rest of the team when solving complex or first of a kind exception(s)

Others

• o Prepare other reporting or perform special assignments as needed

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Proficient with MS Excel; with Finance ERP (preferably PSFT) a plus
