- Supporting chat (75%) and Phone calls (25-30%), They will get 20-25 calls/chat messages. During outage the call flow will be 40/day
- Troubleshooting issues with Email and Microsoft Product Support like Outlook etc.
- Understanding/Hands on experience over Operating systems like Windows Vista, 7, 8.1 and 10 versions.
- Troubleshooting software/hardware related issues.
- The candidates will be involved in Troubleshooting Issues Related to Email Clients,. Like Outlook, hardware troubleshooting role.
