• *Matching qualified candidates to client's requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates *Negotiating competitive rates and gain employment commitment from candidates 
• *Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions 
• *Conduct skills testing and reference checks.
