As part of the process, they will be handling sensitive finance sheets and negotiate & sign contracts with new Clients and also work with existing independent store owners on contract renewals, payments & securing authorization letters. They are required to call stores and speak with the owners/CEOs to understand if the stores are eligible to be recruited. with store sample team, data acquisition team, finance on a day to day basis. Should be comfortable making outbound calls to US clients
Negotiate contracts, sign and document them in share point.
Provide support on retailer escalations until resolution
Update payment matrix for stores from which we collect data.
Work with multiple stake holders within and setup for data reception.
Plan and execute quick / reasonable solutions when needed.
Notify data processing teams whenever there is a temporary or permanent discontinuity of data from recruited stores (such as store closure, remodeling, long time data issues, unwillingness to participate, owner/banner/supplier changed).
Work with internal teams in order to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Use analytical and technical knowledge to fix any production related issues
