Job Description for Level 11/12:
Primary Skills :

• Microsoft .NET (VB.NET, C#, ASP. Net) 
• DB experience in SQL server
• MS Access technologies.
• Excel Macros and VBA For Freshers need to have VBA basic training completed and VBA technology should have been used part of semester project (level 12/ 11 is a preferred point and not a mandatory).
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations

Secondary Skills

• Design, develop, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements.
• Maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle. 
• Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be flexible to work any time.
• Should be vibrant & logical thinker.
• Should be good in Analytical skills.

Job Description for Level 10
Primary Skills

• Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to release 
• Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level 
• Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards 
• Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design 
• Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches 
• Experience in the development of software using c#, .Net,VBA and SQL Server technologies 
• Experience managing teams , Minimum of 5 to a max of 15 
• Experience communicating and handling cross functional programs.
• Candidates must be independent and flexible, with executive-level communication skills, a strong customer focus.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple deals.
• Should possess people management experience (at least 2 years) and have knowledge in AGILE Scrum process of Project Management Methodology. 
• Should be flexible to work any time ( Shifts)
• Should possess good communication and presentation skills

Secondary Skills

• Knowledge/Experience of Robotic process automation (RPA)
• Knowledge /Experience on technologies Like Automation Anywhere, VBA, VB.net, ASP.net
