#Job Profile

Candidate should be Any Graduate with excellent Written and Oral communication skills. Must have basic knowledge on Voice process of Technical Support and a natural problem solver and trouble shooter. Must be willing to work in shifts

Knowledge/ Skills Required:

• Good verbal and written communication skills. 
• Experience with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, security, network, voice, end user and server / web related applications). 
• Knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) reference model. 
• Strong initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills. 
• Good organizational and analytical skills. 
• Exhibits a high level of initiative and integrity. 
• Possess creative ability, credibility and self-confidence.

Shift Timing:
Current shift timing is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM but is subject to change in the future hence candidates need to be open to working in shifts.

Experience: 0 -1 Year

Job Location: Bangalore (HP Electronic City)

Note : Resource required Excellent written and oral communication (Mandatory)

Contract Period : 3 months, based on performance may extend

Mode : Only CONTRACT
