# Enterprise Associates programs enables developers across the world to advertise Amazon products and earn affiliate fees. This is done by offering data on Amazon's vast catalog as a service. It's also the source of catalog data for multiple teams within amazon. You will get a chance to create world class highly reliable and massively scalable cloud based services using latest Amazon technologies. As a key technical resource in the full development cycle, you will have an opportunity to work on one of the highest volume web-services in Amazon.


# This position is for new initiatives around Enterprise Associates.

# Challenges include:

• - Cutting edge technologies like EC2, S3, Dynamo DB, RDS, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• # Participate in the full development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters, including design, development, testing, and maintenance

• # Own the delivery of a module within a larger system or application
• # Execution against project plans and delivery commitments
• # Work closely with the senior engineers to understand and develop software solutions

Basic Qualifications :

• # B.E./B.Tech. in Information Technology, Computer Science (or equivalent degree)
• # 1+ years professional experience in software development
• # First-hand working knowledge of web services
• # Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design
• # Computer Science fundamentals in data structures
• # Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• # Proficiency in at least one modern language like C, C++, Java, etc.
• # Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, proactively solve problems, scope technical requirements and prioritize.

Preferred Qualifications :

• - Masters degree
• - Proven result oriented person with a delivery focus
• - Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues and to sharpen the skills necessary to for building newer and better products

# Experience in

• - Distributed, scalable, high-volume, low latency systems/applications
