The Responsibilities :
As a member of the Sales Commission Team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- 1. Active team player in the Sales Commission team
- 2. Commission accounting / recharges
- 3. Working closely with the Sales Ops.team on getting the inputs
- 4. Working with RFD’s on providing the commission calculation
- 5. Getting sign off for the commission workings / recharges
- 6. Month end accruals and preparing the schedules for the legal entities
- 7. Working with various other stakeholders (Xactly / Sales people etc.,)
- 8. Ensuring the query resolution is addressed as per the SLA
- 9. Any other work assigned by the line manager
