The role reports into the Assistant Manager - Finance

The Responsibilities :
As a member of the Sales Commission Team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • 1. Active team player in the Sales Commission team
  • 2. Commission accounting / recharges
  • 3. Working closely with the Sales Ops.team on getting the inputs
  • 4. Working with RFD’s on providing the commission calculation
  • 5. Getting sign off for the commission workings / recharges
  • 6. Month end accruals and preparing the schedules for the legal entities
  • 7. Working with various other stakeholders (Xactly / Sales people etc.,)
  • 8. Ensuring the query resolution is addressed as per the SLA
  • 9. Any other work assigned by the line manager

The Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience :
  • # Basic Accounting Knowledge
  • # Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • # Strong Analytical skills
