**Job Description**
XL Dynamics is looking for talented Software Engineers and Architects who have an innate passion for creating beautiful and elegant systems.
The selected candidate will be a part of the Software Development Team and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements to design, engineer and build software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and understanding the scope and objectives of the Business Units requirements for Application Enhancement through effective collaboration.
Prepare a Project Plan covering the Project Life-Cycle through Design, Code Development, Multi- Platform Integration, Testing, Maintenance and Documentation.
Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as Java / J2EE Frameworks, JSF, Servlets, JDBC, Apache-Tomcat, SQL, XML, Javascript, Ajax and Jasper Reports.
Research methodologies for optimum programming solutions across platforms.
Implement with the highest level of quality programming; enhancements to applications by following standard programming methodologies.
Document all project-related collaborations, designing, coding, case studies, issues, bugs and fixes, build and release plans, etc. in the Developer Knowledge Base

Skills / Expertise:
More than 1 year of work experience in a Software Developer role, with expertise in Flex, JAVA, J2EE, JDBC and Servlets.
Working knowledge in programming using SQL / XML / Tomcat.
Skilled in Software Development Fundamentals, Debugging, Documentation and Testing.
Must have a high aptitude for analyzing information, problem solving, designing software algorithms, tuning software performance and keen attention to detail.

Day 1 - Initial rounds (Online and written test, each 1 hour).

We are only looking for experienced candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in software development; therefore, fresher are not eligible for this role.
